How do I personalise my order?
For personalised products, click Add to Cart and complete the personalisation form. Available options are explained in each product listing.
Enter names, dates and wording exactly as you’d like them to appear. Please check spelling carefully before adding your item to the cart.
Will I receive a design preview?
Design previews are not currently provided. Your item will follow the design shown in the listing, using the personalisation details you supply.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected details.
Changes may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed. Once your item is being made, personalisation details can no longer be changed.
Can I collect my order?
Local pickup is available in Robinvale, Victoria.
The collection address and pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before collecting.
How long will my order take?
Preparation times are shown on each product listing. Personalised LED memorial candles are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery time is additional to preparation time. Please allow for both when ordering for an occasion.
Can I request different wording or a custom design?
Some custom requests may be possible, depending on the product and design.
Please contact me before ordering to discuss your idea. I’ll confirm whether it can be accommodated, along with any additional cost or preparation time.
Can I order for a particular date?
Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm whether your timeframe is achievable.
Express shipping speeds up delivery but does not reduce the time needed to prepare or personalise your order.
How much is shipping?
Greeting card orders:
Standard shipping: $8
Express shipping: $12
Orders containing candles, including cards purchased with a candle:
Standard shipping: $15
Express shipping: $20
Free local pickup is also available in Robinvale, Victoria.

Express shipping does not reduce the preparation time shown in your product listing.
Are batteries included with LED memorial candles?
No. LED memorial candles require 3 × AAA batteries, purchased separately.
Can I return my order?
I don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including on personalised products.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from what you ordered, please contact me with your order number and details of the issue.
