If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from what you ordered, please contact me through the Contact page with your order number and details of the issue.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all purchases, including personalised items. Nothing in this policy excludes your entitlement to a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.

Your applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Delivery time is additional to the preparation time shown on each product listing. Express shipping does not reduce the time needed to make personalised items.

Local pickup is available in Robinvale, Victoria. The collection address and pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before collecting.
